Sprint To Announce New Devices At CTIA
Sprint booked a two-and-a-half hour slot at the upcoming CTIA Wireless coming up in a few weeks. Engadget did some digging around and has come up with three possible devices that Sprint will announce in that slot. The candidates are the Nexus S 4G, Evo 3D, and Evo View.
We all remember how Google tried to get the Nexus One on all of the major carriers but failed. It was only on T-Mobile and At&t. The Nexus S so far is only on T-Mobile, but there's been rumors that an At&t version is coming and has passed the FCC. If Sprint launches the Nexus S 4G, it would be the first Nexus phone to be on a CDMA carrier. After some more digging, they also found out if you go to now.sprint.com/nexus, you'll get an image that says the page isn't ready yet but is coming soon.
Next up would be the Evo 3D. The obvious guess for this phone would be an Evo with a 3D screen. HTC hasn't shown off this technology yet on any device, but it could be interesting.
Last would be the Evo View, which is rumored to be a CDMA/WiMAX version of HTC's Flyer tablet.

Now that sounds like a good lineup.
Wouldn’t make sense for it to just be Droid’s. They just had a big event for a Droid phone and it would be like uhhh, next if they did it again so soon and most would just say why didn’t you do that last month. What a waste. I think it will be a multiple platform announcement. A droid only event would be bbbooooorrrring.

Waiting to see the EVO View
Weren’t there rumors that SPRINT is coming out with another WP7 phone (aside from the ARRIVE)?, I think that they will probably announce another WP7 phone somewhere in there… but like all announcements, will not come out till the end of the summer or close to the holiday season…
That tablet does not sound too bad either… depending on the pricing of course… I may just have to pick one up… jejeje
This is sprint we are talking about. Don’t get your hopes up too high or you will be disappointed.

Im with you on that… they better have something FREAKING GOOD… I want more devices with SPRINT. I currently have 5 lines with them and am in desperate need of better devices…
Have a TP, TP2, EVO, EVO shift, and Transform… I am upgrading my TP for the ARRIVE but… Still want more choises for the other phones… jejeje
