Tablet users and T-Mobile customers have been following the news on the G-Slate and we’ve previously posted a video giving you a peak at the tablet itself made by LG themselves. You don’t have to wait much longer to finally get your hands on one because rumor is it’s officially going to be available on April 20, 2011. 4 more days!
One of the coolest and most anticipated features of this tablet is that it offers 3D video capture without a 3D screen. Oh yes, a pair of red and blue anaglyph 3D glasses come with the device so don’t worry about having to hunt those down after you purchase the tablet.
We didn’t know before but now we do, the G-Slate will come with the Honeycomb build of the Android OS and a Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor also. The features we mentioned in the previous article stated the dual cameras were 2MP, they are actually two 5MP cameras on the back of the device. This is so that the tablet can photograph and capture video in 3D.
