Acer has finally announced their two new WM6.5 smartphones, the neoTouch and beTouch.  The previously code-named F1 is the high-end neoTouch with its Snapdragon processor. The price range will be around $259 to $481 and fully unlocked and unbranded. Source: Slashgear
