The man in charge of Microsoft, Steve Ballmer, will be holding a live (as opposed to a dead?) press conference at the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona, Spain. In his speech, it is certain he will speak on Windows Mobile 7 and My Phone 2.0. If you would like to watch it as it happens, tune in to this page at 6 a.m. PST/3 p.m. CET on February 15th.
