We already reported on the Motorola Backflip Android phone back in December, but now its officially coming to At&t on March 7th. This also starts At&t’s rollout of 5 Android phones in the first half of 2010, as promised at the At&t Developer Summit. With a two-year contract and smartphone data plan, the price will be $100 after a $100 mail-in rebate. The rumored specs included Android 1.5 with MOTOBLUR, 256 MB memory, 528 Mhz processor, 5MP camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.1” HVGA touchscreen.
