What is BloomWorlds? Todd Levy, Co-founder explains in an interview with geek.com, “BloomWorlds will operate alongside the market, providing a better way to find family friendly apps, as well as a more detailed explanation and review of each app. BloomWorlds will be much more about quality versus quantity, complete with a friendlier user interface and a greatly improved user experience.”

What’s interesting is that BloomWorlds will support over the Air downloads, email, PC download, and even downloads via carriers by your phone number. Something completely different than what the Android Market currently offers.
