WP7: 6 Weeks Of Must-Have Games Schedule Revealed

We’ve heard rumors about Microsoft’s “6 Weeks Of Must-Have Games” promotion, but we never got a solid date. There were rumors that Angry Birds would be released for Windows Phone 7 on May 25th. Windows Mobile Marketplace Coming To An End

Its time to say goodbye to an old friend…The Windows Mobile Marketplace is apparently no longer accepting new app submissions as of July 15th. There hasn’t been an official statement by Microsoft yet, but Edgeway Software has made an MSDN forum post stating that Microsoft is sending out letters to developers. The Marketplace will still be open for users and there will still be paid apps, just don’t expect anything new.
