T-Mobile Giving $100 Credit to New Customers

Say What?!?! Yeah T-Mobile, the company trying to be bought by AT&T,  is giving all new customers that come to them from Sprint, AT&T, and Verizon a $100 credit till June 17th. Even though they are being bought (or trying to be bought) they are still independent of AT&T, and must keep their customers number up. Since the announcementof a merger with AT&T Mobility, they have lost a net total of 99,000 customers in the first quarter, including 471,000 net postpaid subscriber losses in the quarter.

This is how it works folks. You go to T-Mobile and sign a new 2-year contract a $100 credit for smart phone lines and a $50 credit for feature phone lines will be given to you. This is available in 7 markets including: Denver, El Paso Texas, Kansas City, Mo, Philadelphia, Providence, R.I., St. Louis, and Tampa, Fla. Customers will also receive a $10 per month credit, starting within the first 3 billing cycles of activation. The credit will continue until the full credit amount is reached as long as the customer remains in good standing and active.

This is to combat against other carriers trying to take away T-Mobile users, like Sprint offering $175 for business accounts and $125 for customers switching although not 100% geared towards T-Mobile it was influenced by the merger. Would you PPCGeeks switch to T-Mobile right now or would you let a “sinking ship sink”? You tell me below what are your thoughts on this?
