26 NEW Android Malware Programs Released!!!

As PPCGeek tries to protect it’s users I bring you this important message for Android users. It seems that a company has found over 26 more mal-ware programs in the Android Marketplace. It is suspected of infecting over 100,000 Android users. Lookout Mobile Security made the discovery over the weekend, and believes that the rogue software was likely created by the same persons who created the ‘DroidDream’ malware that was discovered in dozens of Android apps a couple of months back.

[RUMOR] Apple iPhone5 Sim-less for both GSM/CDMA

The latest rumor in the Apple world seems to be that the next generation of iPhone will be completely SIM-less to accommodate both GSM and CDMA carriers, along with the 3 or 4 antennas so Apple doesn’t have to make two models like they are now for Verizon and AT&T. For CDMA people this is no shock as SIM-less way of life is not that big of an issue…Now for GSM folks, this is HUGE news – as this means that Apple will have to make an e-SIM that is stored in the devices memory. This could be a huge security issue if your phone was lost or stolen.

Possible first look at Google’s Nexus 3

You could take away buttons and add more screen real estate, which to some people, wouldn’t make sense because a larger screen is much more expensive than putting in a few buttons. Therefore, from a manufacturing standpoint, it’s either take away the buttons and just have a smaller device, or keep the buttons and have a slightly larger device. We’ll see what they choose, but the leaked photo seems to have me believing that Ice Cream will be bringing devices with full frontal displays. With tablets beginning to flood the market, larger screens seem to be the way things are headed. What are your thoughts on this approach? Do you think this is the long awaited, rumored Nexus 3?
