T-Mobile rumors of the Nokia C7, aka “Tiger” have been correct as we see the device was just added to Nokia’s inventory list. Nokia has hopes of winning over Android users who have service with T-Mobile. They haven’t forgotten about Windows Phone 7 users though so don’t worry. They are focused on both platforms evenly.

T-Mobile has made some changes and unfortunately, some of the changes aren’t for the better. We’ve all heard about these changes and it’s finally official. The higher end 10 GB plan has moved up from $79.99 to $84.99 prior to the 20% discount if grouped with a voice plan. Some are thrilled to even have access to this plan so they don’t really mind.

If you have not already heard about it, this is great news! Apparently the Samsung Galaxy SII rumors are true and this bad boy has been approved by the FCC. What’s so sweet about this device is that it supports 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencies, meaning it’ll almost certainly come with dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi. We heard this is one of the first phones ever to come with this feature.

Geeks, now through April 16th Sprint is giving you a great deal if you port your number from any other carrier such as AT&T or Verizon. They are offering incoming smartphone subscribers a $125 service credit applicable toward your bill after 60 days. But wait, there’s more for those who like dumb phones (basic phones.) These buyers are being offered a $50 credit after 60 days as well.

Samsung recently posted a brand new advertisement for their original Samsung Galaxy Tab and the video has been spotted on youtube. Last week we reported statements being made by Samsung suggesting changes may be made in prices, competing against the iPad2.
Samsung is still considering those changes as well as possibly rethinking their hardware components. Hopefully they won’t take away anything but make it at a cheaper cost, if possible.

Recently Ubuntu was successfully ported to the Motorola Xoom tablet by Thomas Sohmers. We aren’t exactly sure who he is yet but he’s already got his own website up giving you instructions and a video example.
Looks like this XOOM is going to be a popular tweaking device so geeks go on and get one, why not? Sources suggest it’s very simple to unlock the bootloader and root this device. Does that make you want one even more now?

Most of us have heard about the Kyocera Echo M9300 smartphone Sprint is going to be releasing sometime this year, although nobody is sure of the date just yet. We can look here on the Sprint site and see all the details and price of $199.99 after MIR (mail-in rebate) with a new 2-year contract though.
Sources suggest the official launch date shouldn’t be too far away from now since it’s being heavily advertised on Sprint’s web site and now approved by the FCC.

The latest rumor claims Apple will hold its annual iOS roadmap event in early April to show off iOS 5 and also states that Apple may unveil an updated MobileMe service as well.
