Amazon.com is preparing for Christmas already by offering sweet deals on smartphones, especially Droid devices. Right now until November 22nd you can get the HTC Hero, HTC Aria, Samsung Captivate and many more select devices for as low as $0.01. They are showing love to all carriers for the holidays but it doesn’t last forever so hurry and get yours now!
It gets better if you are with Verizon wireless though. Why? Amazon and Verizon have agreed to wipe out the $35 activation fee for each line of service activated on a new plan purchased from through this deal at Amazon. The credit is available from November 19th until November 29th. We are not sure why the credit offer extends further than the promotion.
Amazon does not mention anything about Sprint or AT&T doing any sort of activation fee credits though. So far it looks like Verizon Wireless is the only one doing so. Do you plan on purchasing one of these low priced smartphones? These are great deals you don’t want to miss!
