Eric Zeman from Information Week has put together some interesting leads which makes him believe LG will be debuting a Windows Mobile device to run on Sprint and Clearwire’s 4G WiMAX network. Sprint has scheduled a press conference on January 6th, the day before the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). LG and Microsoft play a large role in the presentation, with Brooke Shields hosting an after party. Supposedly Sprint CEO Dan Hesse and Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will be involved in the presentation. Sprint has been promoting this event as a “must attend” and saying it will be the “hottest spot at CES”.
