Verizon Data Goes Prepaid

Yeah, that's right, Verizon Broadband Data has gone prepaid! Starting November 16th, the Verizon Wireless USB760 will be available with a $15 daily access rate (with a 75MB allowance). If that's not good enough, they're also offering a weekly rate of $30 for 250MB, or $50 per month for 500MB.
The card has a memory slot that will make it work like a USB thumb drive and up to 8GB of storage. Oh yeah, and it'll work on both Windows and Mac!

Super expensive for one day.
Really? $50 for 500MB? Yeah, that’s a good idea; increase the price and reduce the data allowance by an order of magnitude.
$50 for 500MB in one month? I think I’ll stick with Sprint and get 5GB for $70….
I never said it was a good deal lol
Wow…just…wow.
Damn, I was gonna ask if there was a typo in the pricing plans. Sheesh, there isn’t any incentive for someone to go prepaid with verizon.
way too expensive, that will look good for 2 year contracts. I agree with this, why would anyone pay for a daily charge of 75mb or 50 for a month at that cap? thats ridiculous. Just get the contract, its 59.99 a month , or go to sprint its 59.99 for the 4g UNLIMITED plans now. AND works GREAT in atlanta!!!!!!!!
rAINFREAK IS PAYING TOO MUCH!!!!!! see if you qualify for an IL discount(depends where you work)(but MOST places get a discount IE: burger king employees get 23% off the bill PLUS unlimited broadband plans) and with Sprint its 59.99 for unlimited 4g/3g plan now for IL(indivisual liable)!!!!!!!!
