Interesting idea. My first thought was: “Why would the Zune need a media player app…?”, but Kinoma pulls in content from so many great sources that it would actually be pretty cool. Being a CE based device certainly allows the *possibility* of porting existing apps fairly easily (trivially easy in some cases). Here’s hoping the Zune HD sparks enough interest to get it hacked/unlocked so we can get at its WinCE roots.

Sorry to disappoint, but we’re going to be doing the launch a bit later this month.
